Refund Policy

Every AdIn60 commercial is custom produced for your business, so refund eligibility depends on where your project is in production.

Before production begins

If you cancel before we begin work on your commercial, your payment is fully refundable.

After production begins

Once production has started, payments are non-refundable because the work is created specifically for you. Your included revision is used to resolve concerns with the delivered commercial.

$750 package for three

For the 3-commercial package, unused commercials may be refunded on a pro-rated basis before production of those specific commercials begins.
